ONE: KOOP Radio. It's always good, no matter what. I was thoroughly impressed by this episode of Adventures in Sound while driving to work last month. My favorite tune was "I'd rather be Spanish Than Mannish" by Jean Malin and His Smart Orchestra. So awesome. I've been scouring the internets for a copy to no avail. TWO: Potato, Egg, and Cheese Kolaches. Inside this delicious looking, slightly sweet, yeast roll is the most perfect mix of potato, eggs, cheese, and a little bit of salsa. OMFG so delicious.
